We will happily guide you through your first stages of event planning. In order to ensure an efficient and accurate implementation, we kindly ask you to define the following in advance:
– Location, region
– Season, dates, duration
– Number and profile of participants
– What is your target, themes
– Preferences and background
– Budget

We will put together a customised offer according to your parameters. We refrain from integrating several proposals and suggest you make a pre-selection from our basecamp website or from www.teamevolution.ch.

Calculation of costs / Budget

Costs vary depending on your activity selection and the number of participants. We will gladly put together a customised quote.

As a reference, half day programs cost between CHF 80.- and CHF 150.-. Based on experience, full day activities cost between CHF 150.- and CHF 250.-. Glacier events can be implemented starting from CHF 650.-. All above mentioned rates are per person and can be used as a base in your budget planning.

Adjustments

We make sure that all of our backstage tasks are cost-effective and cost-sensitive. Look forward to a reliable and successful implementation.

We realise our clients’ individual requests with dedication. For any adjustments or further event concepts, we can put together a quote according to effective costs.

Bad weather alternatives

Most basecamp offers take place outdoors, a great advantage when the weather is fine, whereas bad weather requires a positive attitude and the proper equipment.

In case of bad weather, we make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible. Events are only called off if there are security issues, otherwise we try to refrain from cancelling.

Bad weather alternatives exist but need to be defined in advance for organisational reasons. In the case of bad weather, we try and keep the extra costs as low as possible, we advise taking at least 50% extra cost into mind. Preparation of alternatives is charged by effective cost.
